MenuVantage Professionals:

CO-CEO - Robert M. Steenbergh

A former trial attorney from New York City, Robert spent five years exclusively representing Dealers and finance companies prior to taking over Wizard Finance Systems (a sub-prime automotive software company) in 1997. After increasing annual revenues 300% per year post-startup, the company was acquired by LeaseLink in 2001, where he stayed on under an employment contract for an additional two years. Robert co-founded MenuVantage in late 2003 and in addition to his CEO responsibilities, is responsible for keeping the focus of MenuVantage on legal compliance and the on-going development of additional compliance functionality.

CO-CEO - Phil Battista

Phil has experienced success as a Dealer as well as as an automotive software professional. After leaving the Dealer world, Phil formed Superior Programming, a custom programming company focused on Dealer Management Systems. There he developed what has become the industry's leading interface technology. Acquired for an undisclosed sum by LeaseLink in 2000, he assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer where under his tenure and until his departure in 2004, LeaseLink experienced record growth. Phil also currently serves as President of Superior Integrated Solutions; the sister Company of MenuVantage responsible for all DMS related programming and interfaces.

CTO - Mark Virag

Prior to co-founding MenuVantage in 2003, Mark served as a lead consultant for the RouteOne Project (a joint venture of the Big 3 Automakers and Toyota). Immediately prior to that assignment, Mark held the position of Vice President of Applications Development and Information Technology with AutoNation for four years. For seven years prior to being recruited by AutoNation, Mark held senior level Information Technology positions with BMW Finance, culminating with his tenure as Vice President of Information Services. In addition to his skills in IT, Mark holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and is responsible for all of the in house development of MenuVantage's tax, credit life and disability calculations.

National Sales Manager - William P. Lathrop

Bill brings a uniquely diverse background with automotive management experience in financial services, retail, and software. His 6 years experience with GMAC Financial Services in various roles including Area Financial Manager and Dealership Consultant provided a comprehensive foundation in managing retail operations. He left GMAC when he was recruited to be General Manager for a dealer group in New England. Bill entered the automotive software world in 2000 as a Regional Manager for Wizard Finance Systems where his sales team consistently ranked #1 in total revenue as well as units sold. After the acquisition by LeaseLink Bill, led a quarter of both the national sales and support team. Bill was recruited to join MenuVantage in January 2005 after a year out of the automotive world, where he sold ERP software to Fortune 500 Companies.

Director of Operations - Robin McWatters

Robin served as Chief Operating Officer for Wizard Finance Systems until its sale in 2001. Prior to that, Robin was Director of F&I for the Courtesy Auto Group in Orlando, FL, where she also managed their captive finance company. Before joining Courtesy, Robin held the number two position responsible for all of indirect lending for Barnett Bank in the Orlando Metro. After the sale of Wizard Finance, Robin was in charge of all installations for LeaseLink and their related products, often numbering hundreds of installations per month, until late 2003. Joining MenuVantage in 2004, Robin oversees the activation of all new MenuVantage accounts as ongoing Account Management.

Director - D. Kim Hackett

Kim came to Orlando almost twenty years ago as a single point Pontiac Dealer. Twelve years later, his 9 Orlando franchises were acquired by AutoNation for the publicly disclosed sum of approximately 30 million dollars. After the acquisition, Kim moved to Ft. Lauderdale where he spent five years on national corporate operational initiatives as a Vice President for AutoNation (including the creation of the E Commerce Department). The third co-founder of MenuVantage, Kim also currently holds the position of CEO for Kaizen Multi-Media, a leading developer of interactive automotive and marine display technologies.
